Fanatics Casino Review: FanCash Looks Generous Until You Do the Maths
Fanatics Casino, live in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, pays FanCash you can spend on merchandise. Its own terms put the casino earn rate at 0.25% on slots and halve the value when FanCash becomes casino credit.

Our verdict
Fanatics Casino is a clean, well-rated real-money app, but FanCash is a thin reward on casino play. The program terms we read give 0.25% back on slots and 0.05% on blackjack, and casino credit pays out half. It only helps if you already buy Fanatics merchandise, and it is limited to four states.
Best for: Sports fans in MI, NJ, PA or WV who already shop at Fanatics
The pitch for Fanatics Casino is a loyalty currency you can spend on jerseys. The maths in the program terms is less exciting than the pitch, so we did that first. Wager $1,000 on slots and the terms we read pay 0.25%, which is $2.50 in FanCash. Turn that into casino credit and you receive half, $1.25. On blackjack the rate is 0.05%, so $1,000 of play earns 50 cents.
We did not run a deposit through the app for this review. We read the FanCash terms, the App Store listing and three outside reviews, and we flag where they disagree.
What FanCash pays on casino play
The Pennsylvania version of Fanatics' FanCash program terms lists casino earn rates by game: all slots 0.25%, table games 0.20% unless otherwise stated, and blackjack, craps, baccarat, video poker and Stock Market Live at 0.05% each. Redeeming FanCash for casino credit gives "half (50%) of the FanCash value". That casino credit expires seven days after it is added to your account.
Other pages do not match. Tech Insider says a 1% earn rate on real-money wagers and a 1:1 redemption. SportsLine says FanCash converts to casino credit 1:1. We would trust the terms over either, because the terms are what a dispute would be decided on, and rates may differ by state or promotion.

SportsLine's article says Fanatics Casino is giving bettors in MI, NJ, PA and WV the chance to earn twice the FanCash on live dealer blackjack.
Boosts exist. SportsLine describes a double FanCash offer on participating live dealer blackjack tables in the four states, and says Fanatics changes boosted offers often. Its own figures do not add up (it calls the normal rate 0.05% and also $1 per $20 wagered), which is a reminder to read the in-app promotion page, not a news article.
The merchandise angle
This is where FanCash has a real use. The terms say you can redeem it for "discounts on eligible merchandise or Offers through Fanatics.com", after email verification and linked accounts, and not against shipping, expenses or sales tax. Standard FanCash from betting expires 365 days after your last earning activity.
If you were going to buy a team jersey anyway, a few dollars off is a benefit. If you are not, the program is a bonus to a product you do not buy. Tech Insider makes the same point: FanCash is only valuable if you already buy from Fanatics.com.

The app and the rest
The iOS listing is under FBG Enterprises Opco, LLC, with a 4.8 rating from about 38K ratings and an 18+ age rating. It describes slots, table games, blackjack, video poker, baccarat, roulette and live casino, in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia only. The privacy labels, developer-reported and unverified by Apple, include precise location and payment info linked to you, as for any real-money app.

The App Store listing for Fanatics Casino shows the 18+ age rating and the developer, FBG Enterprises Opco, LLC.
Tech Insider reports an 842-slot library and a 25x bonus rollover that compares badly with 15x at some rivals, plus a wagering meter that froze for four hours in one test. Its own bio says it does not run first-party money tests, so treat those figures as unconfirmed. The point stands: reviewers describe a smaller library than the biggest names.
How it stacks up against ordinary loyalty points
A normal casino loyalty scheme converts play into comps, free play or cash back at rates that are at least stated in the lobby. Fanatics' version adds a step: you earn in FanCash, then decide between a half-value casino credit or a merchandise discount. That choice is flexible, but only one branch is worth much, and both branches can lapse. Casino credit lasts seven days, and FanCash itself fades 365 days after your last earning activity across the Fanatics family. Before you chase a boost, check the expiry in your account and use the credit inside the window.
Verdict
FanCash is not a standard loyalty scheme. It is a store credit with a poor casino exchange rate, and it pays off only for a Fanatics shopper. For everyone else, ask which site gives the best game library, the best payout speed and the cleanest terms, and rank Fanatics on those. We give it a 6.5: well-made, but its headline reward is the least impressive part.
Only play with money you can afford to lose, set deposit limits in the app, and do not treat loyalty rewards as a reason to wager more. If you need help, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
